Terms of Service.
Vibe Code Vibes is made by eight84. These terms describe what you can expect from the service and what we ask of you. They are written in plain language; if something is unclear, ask through the support page.

Your account.
You need an account to generate and save ideas. Keep your sign-in details private and let us know if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under it.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, their terms apply to that sign-in.

Plans and billing.
The Free plan includes a monthly allowance of idea generations. Pro is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time from Account & billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Prices and allowances are shown on the pricing page and may change. We will give notice before a change affects an existing subscription.

Ideas, briefs, and prompts.
Generated ideas, build briefs, and exported prompts are produced by an AI model from your inputs and public trend data. They are starting points, not professional advice, and we do not guarantee their accuracy, originality, or fitness for a particular project.
You own what you save and export. We do not claim rights over your projects. You are responsible for checking licenses, trademarks, and third-party terms before building on a suggestion.

Acceptable use.
Do not use the service to generate or store content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that attempts to disrupt the service or other users. Do not try to bypass plan limits or access data that is not yours.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we may change or discontinue features as the product evolves.

Liability.
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, eight84 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
